  You can get the taxonomy for the Negated Labels from SEC's website as well as other numerous taxonomies.
  
  http://www.sec.gov/info/edgar/edgartaxonomies.shtml
  
  For the Negated Roles taxonomy specifically, you need to import this to your taxonomy
  
  http://www.xbrl.org/lrr/role/negated-2009-12-16.xsd
  
  Afterwards you can go to any element in the Element Declarement Table and through Label Link add a new label, or modify an existing label and set the role to its appropirate Negated Role.
