  Hi,
  
  When I have an Alert raised in Interstage BPM Analytics, what can I do with the alert besides resolve it? I am not able to see info about the process instance or any other details about the offending process that caused the alert to be generated.
  
  Is there any way to "open" the process related to the alert...?

  Hi,
  
  One way to retrieve process instance details is add process instance ID to the alert message and find process instance which related to the alert with Task Serches or PI Searches.
  Currently, there is no direct link to open process instance detials from alert view.  So, user have to search to find process instance.  Dev team will consider to improve the usage of alert.
