  HTTP Status 404 - /web/default
  
  When displaying a form you may see this error for the default tenant.
  
  This is caused by a bug in the BPM Installer. When it creates the default tenant it creates a folder Default (notice the uppercase) in the web folder.
  
  You can change the name of the folder to lower case default to correct the issue.
