  Goal: How to Find out User Login and Logout History in Interstage BPM

   

  Fact: Interstage BPM (Business Process Manager) Version 11.3

   

  Fact: Interstage BPM (Business Process Manager) Version 11.2.1

   

  Fact: Interstage BPM (Business Process Manager) Version 11.2A

   

  Fix:

  Every user's login history to a particular tenant can be located in {Interstage BPM Home}\server\instance\default\tenants\{TenantName}\logs\Audit.log

   

  If BPM is configured as in Non-SaaS mode, then locate Audit.log in the default tenant logs directory, typically {Interstage BPM Home}\server\instance\default\tenants\default\logs\Audit.log

   

  Alternatively, a system level Audit.log also contains the user access information to BPM server.

  The system level Audit.log is typically found in {Interstage BPM Home}\server\instance\default\logs
