Is a "clustered server" the same thing as "High Availability"

There seems to be a big deal over clustered servers. I think this means that there are multiple servers all working together as one. (Am I right?) But elsewhere I see discussions of "HA" or high availability servers. That seems to be about servers that never go down. But sometimes clustered server are described as "HA", even though that seems to be a different concept.
