This is possible in Interstage BPM workflow.
By default, the owner of a process(workflow) instance is the owner of the Process definition(who has designed the workflow in Interstage BPM) from which the process instance was created. This property can Process Instance
Owner be changed by specifying an owner name in the process definition, or by using the setProcessOwner() method or Java Actions at run time. With
the default server settings, the process(Workflow) instance owner, an accepted
assignee, or an administrator can edit a running process. In Security Mode
(SecuritySwitch=true), only the process instance owner can edit the
process.
