  Problem Description:
  The attached word document provides sample code that checks for the following when loading an instance document:
  
  1. If all child elements of the tuple are valid using com.fujitsu.xml.xbrl.xwand.instance.InstanceElementList.validateChildren()
  
  2. If all required child elements of the tuple are added using com.fujitsu.xml.xbrl.xwand.instance.Tuple.hasAllRequiredChilren()
