  There is an option within Word Tagger to control how duplicated tags are handled.  This configurable Word Tagger setting can be found from:

   

  [Options] > [Value Formats] > Handling of duplicate tags > Handling of duplicate tags > don’t make item or make item

   

  Depending on which option is selected, Word Tagger create or not create duplicate values where there are duplicate tags.
