  Do we need two email ids, one for notification and another for Listening?
  or
  one email id can be used on both?

  One id is fine. But beware if you are using an email client that removes the email from the server (eg by default, Outlook Express will remove the email from the server) - in this case, the email client might remove the email before the BPM email listener will get a chance to see it.
