  I have a process with 3 forms that were developed forms using the quick form builder.  The 1st form in the process opens fine no matter which one it is.  On the 2nd task, only 2 of the uda values which are mapped are appearing on the form although if I look at the process instance details, I can see that there are values associated with all of the control.  This affects many form controls including:  

  IBPMCheckList,

  IBPMTextInput and

  IBPMTextArea
  
  Has anyone seen this behavior before?  Any ideas what causes it or how to fix it?

  I found the culprit.  The form uses Model binding to populate a text area with choices from a select box.  There is a bug with this control that causes strange behavior.
