    1. Edit configuration file (fjlic.conf)

        The file is text file and located in "XWand-ad_V13.3.0_EN/execute/LMB/WINx86/".

        Before : LogDisable = true

        After  : LogDisable = false

   

    2. Open Command Prompt and set the folder "XWand-ad_V13.3.0_EN/execute" as current folder.

   

    3. Execute the following command to get the installer up and running:

       > setup.exe /w /v"/L*v installshield.log"

   

    4. Carry on the installation process to the point where the problem occurs, and then exit the installer.

   

    5. Then you will get the following log files generated. Send these files to me.

        - XWand-ad_V13.3.0_EN/execute/installshield.log

        - XWand-ad_V13.3.0_EN/execute/LMB/WINx86/logs/InstallerScriptLog.log

        - XWand-ad_V13.3.0_EN/execute/LMB/WINx86/logs/fjlic-cmd-operation.log

        - XWand-ad_V13.3.0_EN/execute/LMB/WINx86/logs/fjlic-cmd-trace.log
