  I saw from your literature that Interstage BPM supports BPMN.  What is that?  What is it useful for?
  
  Actually, I looked on wikipedia just now (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BPMN) and found that it is a "notation".  Looks like a process diagram to me.  What is the difference?

  BPMN is an accepted  industry standard of drawing business processes. Interstage BPM does support BPMN format and what this means is that you can design a business process from scratch in Interstage BPM Studio (Design/Modeling tool) and then view it in BPMN format in the Interstage BPM Console.
  
  If one is familiar with BPMN format then he or she would like to see the process diagram in a format that they are comfortable with and Interstage BPM gives them the ability to do exactly that.

  BPMN is the notation that is used to draw the diagram.  It is a definition of a set of basic shapes and what those shapes mean.  So yes, it is the diagram.  Or more precisely, it is the way to draw the diagram.
