  Goal: Where to Obtain Interstage BPM Version 11.x Console Log File?

  
  

  Fact: RedHat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform Version 5.0

  
  

  Fact: Interstage BPM (Business Process Manager) Version 11.0

  
  

  Fact: Interstage BPM (Business Process Manager) Version 11.1

  
  

  Fact: Interstage BPM (Business Process Manager) Version 11.2

  
  

  Fact: Interstage BPM (Business Process Manager) Version 11.2a

  
  

  Fact: Interstage BPM console

  
  

  Fix:

  While troubleshooting issue on Interstage BPM console application,  locate {JBoss Installation Home}serveribpmdeployconsole.warlog directory.

  Inspect ibpmconsole.log and other .log files for the error message.  Furnish all the log files found in the log directory to Fujitsu Interstage Support in case of reporting Interstage BPM console related issues.
