  Goal: Where to Obtain the Interstage BPM Deployment Log Files?

  
  

  Fact: Interstage BPM (Business Process Manager) Version 11.0

  
  

  Fact: Interstage BPM (Business Process Manager) Version 11.1

  
  

  Fact: Interstage BPM (Business Process Manager) Version 11.2

  
  

  Fact: Interstage BPM (Business Process Manager) Version 11.2a

  
  

  Symptom: Running deployment tool fails by the end with the error message: MESSAGE Deployment failed !

  
  

  Fix:

  To locate the deployment log file, traverse to the following two paths:

  1. {IBPM install home}serverdeploymenttoolconfiguration

  2.  {IBPM install home}serverdeploymenttoolplugins

  
  

  Inspect each of the .log file and see what the detailed error says about the symptom.

  Furnish all the logs obtained in the preceding two directories to Fujitsu Interstage support for further diagnosis of the problem if your installation is entitled to receive support.
