  Goal: How to Resolve Error of Loading Decision Tables
   
  Fact: Interstage BPM v10.1
   
  Fact: WebSphere Network Deployment v6.1
   
  Fact: RedHat Linux v5.4
   
  Symptom: Process Instances fail to load decision data after BPM server is started.
   
  Fix:
  The following error message is found in Interstage BPM server log: 
  Error loading Decision Tables from file: '/ibpm/attachments/ActiveDtm.dat'
   
  To rectify this error, check the DmsCollections.xml, typically found in {Interstage BPM Install DIR}/server/instance/default/resources/dmscollections/DmsCollections.xml
   
  Make sure one of the DMS paths specified in DmsCollections.xml points to ActiveDtm.dat. 
   
  Restart server is required if DmsCollections.xml is edited for any changes to take effect.
