  Hi,

  What is the behaviour of the Save Work Item controller? Is it to allow users to save their work and return to it later?

  i.e. - if the user has filled in half of a form, they can save it and close ibpm. Then they can log back in later and the form will have the data entered earlier by the user?

  If this is not the functionality of the controller....is there another ocntroller that offers this?

  Your understanding is absolutely correct that using Save WorkItem controller the user can work on the form and save the fields (udas) and then save it for him or her to work later on the same form . The values that the user entered in the form in the first instance are saved to the process and displayed to the user when they comeback to that workitem/form again.
