  IBPM Version: Version 11.x
  JBoss Version: Version 5.0.0 EAP
  SQL Server Version: Any supported version
  
  Problem Description:
  If the username or password for Interstage BPM database (teamflowdb) on a SQL Server is changed then this also needs to be reflected onto JBoss 5.0.0 EAP installation that the Interstage BPM server is running on.
  
  Solution:
  Three files need to be updated to reflect the password change:
  

  1. setEnv.cmd
  From {JBSS_HOME}jboss-asbinsetEnv.cmd

  set DATABASE_PASSWORD=[Enter New Password Here]

  
  2. Iflow-mssql-ds.xml
  from {JBOSS_HOME}serveribpmdeployiflow-mssql-ds.xml
  <datasources>
    <local-tx-datasource>
    …
    <password>[Enter New Username Here] </password>
    …
    </local-tx-datasource>
  </datasources>

  3. login-config.xml
  from {JBOSS_HOME}serveribpmconflogin-config.xml
  1. 
  <application-policy name=”IbpmDbRealm”>
  …
  <module-option name=”password”> [Enter New Password Here] </module-option>
  …
  </application-policy>

  2. 
  <application-policy name=”JmxXARealm”>
  …
  <module-option name=”password”> [Enter New Password Here] </module-option>
  …
