  I have created several forms including a start up form.
  How to assign URL for forms in order to avoid users to connect in the console to perform tasks?

  Tasks are generated by an Activity component.  An Activity component can have forms associated to it.  A Role also needs to be assigned to an Activity component so only the intended user or group  will be able to view/work on the work item.  Therefore, why would you need to assign a URL for forms?  It would help if you can provide a specific use case.
