Interstage BPM Version: All versions
Pre-requisites: Downloaded the jboss-ibpm-win-service.zip file (Please contact
InterstageSupport@us.fujitsu.com for this file)
Introduction:This article will explain how to setup Interstage BPM as a Windows Service using the provided files mentioned in the pre-requisite.
Installation:
Step 1: Extract jboss-ibpm-win-service.zip into <JBoss Installation>.
Step 2: Copy the setEnv.cmd file from <JBoss Installation>/bin to the <JBoss Installation>/jboss-ibpm.win-service/sbin folder.
Step 3: Open the command prompt and navigate to <JBoss Installation>/jboss-ibpm-win-service/sbin folder.
Step 4: Execute the command “IBPMService.bat install”
Step 5: Complete
*In order to set the Interstage IBPM Window Service to automatically start when the machine is started, the Interstage IBPM Windows Service Properties needs to be set. This can be done by navigating to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services > Select <Interstage IBPM Service> Right-click and select Properties, then set the “Start-up Type” to “Automatic”.
*In order to start the Interstage IBPM Windows Service manually, this can be done by navigating to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services > Select <Interstage IBPM Service> > and selecting “Start” or the “net start IBPMSERVICE command can be executed from the <JBoss Installation>/jboss-ibpm-win-service/sbin folder.Uninstall:
In order to uninstall Interstage IBPM as a Windows Service, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the command prompt and navigate to <JBoss Installation>/jboss-ibpm-win-service/sbin folder.
Step 2: Execute the command “IBPMService.bat uninstall”.
Step 3: Complete
