  Problem Description:

   

  It was unable to send mail and was throwing error code 554.

  
   

  Solution:

   

  Please find below the forum link which is also related to 554 error and may help in resolving this bug. As suggested in the forum link you can check:

   

  1. Reverse DNS lookup set up at their end

   

  2. Cancel SMTP Server Checks commands and headers for RFC Compliance on their

  SMTP server
