Interstage BPM Version: All versions of IBPM using Process Designer in IBPM Console
Problem Description:The process designer is a flash based component and will require a flash player in order to run it. Without a flash player installed, a user will not be able to use the process designer within the Interstage BPM console.
Solution:Adobe Flash Player is a commonly used flash player. You can Install Adobe Flash Player in order to run the process designer tool, however, Flash Player does not run in most 64-bit browsers. If you attempt to download Flash Player in a 64-bit browser that doesn't support Flash Player, you see a message from Adobe a link back to this page. To install Flash Player, use a 32-bit web browser on your 64-bit operating system. All major browsers are available in 32-bit versions, and the Internet Explorer 32-bit browser is the default browser on Windows 64-bit systems.
Note: Flash Player 11 is available in beta on Adobe Labs. If you install the beta 64-bit version, you do not need to use a 32-bit browser as described in the instructions below.
