How to Correct Edgar Filing Manual Text Block 5.2.2 Error

Problem Description:
This error may be encountered after previewing your XBRL submission at https://datapreview.sec.gov/previewer/. The error may be similar to the following:

ERROR: Facts of type 'text block' whose un-escaped content contains markup must satisfy the content model of the BODY tag as defined in 5.2.2 [6:70:Attribute value "RANGE!A1:F89" of type NMTOKEN must be a name token.]

-------------------------In compliance with Edgar filing Manual section 5.2.2, the "name" attribute value of the <a> element (that is "RANGE!A1:F89") does not suit the NMTOKEN generation rule. In other words, the "!" (0x21) should not appear here.
In this particular case, the <a> element (a book mark) could be found in the text block of the instance document. The assumption is that the <a> was added when copying from an external source (such as an Excel sheet) and pasted into the text block within the Instance Creator. It is recommended to remove this <a> element by using the Instance Creator.
Solution:
Within the Instance Creator, open the textblock and manually remove the <a> element.
For example, these are some sample bookmarks are removed:

<a name="RANGE!A1:F87">
<a name="RANGE!A1:H51"/>Also, it is suggested to remove the bookmarks from the source tagged word document prior to doing a XBRL export so this error can be prevented in the future. In order to do this from the word document source, please follow these steps:
1. [Insert] > [Bookmark] to show the list of book marks.
2. Select a bookmark therein and hit the "Delete" key to remove it. Do this for each and every bookmark in the list.
3. When you complete deleting all the bookmarks, click on the "Close" button to close the list.Author: Marc Bui
