  BPM is already installed as Local User Store. But the BPM admin wants to change from using local user store to their company’s Active Directory.

   

  In order to setup the Active Directory in Interstage BPM, it is required to know the parameters required. It is extremely helpful to get Active Directory Explorer to get the required parameters of your companies Active Directory.  You need to choose which user in the AD will be AdminRole and from there you enter the correct settings in the Tenant Properties file. Once the correct parameters are entered in for the tenant, you can reload the tenant and the Active Directory settings should be up.

   

  These are the fields that need to be changed in tenant properties

   

  Change Directory Service from 0 to 3

  IBPMUserStoreActive: change this to false

  For the Fields: LDAPAcessUserID, LDAPDBSuffix, LDAPGroups, LDAPGroupsDN, LDAPPeople,LDAPUsersDN, enter in your Distinguished Name information

  LDAP Server: enter the address for your AD

  SWAPLinkageUserName, ServerUserName: This should be changed to your active directory login
